At some point in life, the majority of people become disconnected with their true self.  Their heart and soul.  It's no wonder we have so much stress, overwhelm, guilt, frustration, anxiety, and worry filling the pipeline all the time.

These states are NOT states to truly connect with your true self and your soulfulness.

Here are two of the steps to reconnect with your true self.

Step 2: Exit from negativity and negative people. Surround yourself with people who bring you up.

Step 7: Excuses...ditch them.  Excuses or results.  Not both.
